Nicki teaches classes online live from Monday to Friday for you to complete in the comfort of your own home. The community is a group dedicated to being consistent with their fitness and supporting each other along the way.
Monthly membership provides access to LIVE workouts, on demand video library and a community all working towards one common goal; to be fit for life. If you're in need of some extra support, we do offer a premium membership includes one-on-one accountability with Nicki to help hit your goals.

By being here, weβre all collectively making the decision to be working towards a healthy and fit lifestyle. Itβs up to us to make our own goals and schedule our time to workout. Sharing it within the community helps us all head in the direction of success!
In order for everyone to get the most accountability and support from memberships your participation within the group is highly recommended.
For online members who need a bit more accountability, there is the STAR Premium Monthly Membership. Set your goals with Nicki and have one on one communication through the week to achieve them.

New Members: Please make sure you've filled out the COMMITMENT AGREEMENT form through this link.
Monthly Membership is $68.25 (including GST)
STAR Premium Membership is $99.75 (including GST)
Memberships are auto-renewed monthly and payments can be made through Visa, Mastercard or ETRANSFER.
If you need to put your membership on hold for a period of time, it can be done through the Members Payment Portal or contacting us.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please notify us at least 5 days before renewal date to stop the auto-renewal.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU NEED? ποΈββοΈ
In general, you don't need a lot of equipment to do a workout. They were designed with the intention that you can do them almost anywhere!
It changes from class to class but you will never need anything more than is listed below;
Light Weights, 2-5lbs
Medium Weights, 8-15lbs
Mat
Towel
Water
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW TERMINOLOGY WISE? π§
Tabata Timer - Timed 20 seconds of any high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, for multiple rounds.
Rep β One performance of a single exercise.
Set β The number of repetitions performed without stopping.
