POWER HOUR
Tuesday & Thursday, Golden Rec Plex
900am - 60 minutes
These functional full body conditioning classes combines a combination of strength training, cardio exercises, and core work to give you a complete and effective workout. From high-intensity interval training to circuit training, each class is designed to challenge and improve your overall fitness level.
AGING BACKWARDS
Tuesday & Thursday, Golden Arena Upstairs Lounge
1100am - 30 minutes
Strength training and fundamental movements are combined in this class to increase muscle mass, flexibility and balance. The class is intended for those that prefer a workout without the added impact to joints.
LUNCH CLASS
Tuesday & Thursday, Golden Arena Upstairs Lounge
1200pm - 30 minutes
Utilize your lunch hour to get your workout in. Exercises combining full body strength training and cardio intervals are the main focus of this midday workout within a small class environment.
STEP WITH CEE
Sunday, Golden Arena Upstairs Lounge
600pm - 60 minutes
Fun, dynamic & upbeat cardio endurance workout that is good for the heart & soul (oh and mind body connection/coordination too!)
Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The "step" is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles.
EVENING CLASS
Monday & Wednesday, APES Gym
530pm - 45 minutes.

ONLINE
Nicki teaches classes online live from Monday to Friday for you to complete in the comfort of your own home through a private Facebook group.
The online community or the “OC” consists of other local members who are dedicated to being consistent with their fitness and supporting each other along the way.
Monthly membership provides access to the LIVE workouts, on demand video library and a community all working towards one common goal; to be fit for life.
