    Challenging those with a hectic work schedule to set goals and achieve results during lunch break with 30 min sessions. Class workouts include: Lower Body Barre, Upper Body Lifting, HIIT Style, Core Strengthening + Stretch

    Golden Arena Lounge

    Christine Skyring takes the lead in this classic step aerobics class. Step aerobics is an aerobic exercise that is performed by stepping onto and off of an elevated platform while doing upper body movements.

    Equipment: Step will be provided
